Executive Team
Mehrdad Alaei, CEO/CTO
Mehrdad helped build the foundation for GoPaperless Solutions, Inc and prior to taking over as CEO, owned and currently operates a full service IT consulting firm, Technologic, Inc. His vision of GoPaperless has led to the aquisition of Real Estate Dashboard Software and recent release of eSignOnline digital signature software. His extensive experience in the information technology field provides the necessary links between GoPaperless' hardware, software and support solutions.
Mehrdad holds a BS degree in Social Psychology from San Diego State University as well as numerous Technology Certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and others.
Prabakar Mahalingam, COO/CFO
Prabakar is responsible for business development, operations and financial management, legal and intellectual property management of the company. Prior to joining GoPaperless Solutions, Prabakar owned and operated EnviroBinz Inc., a recycling and advertising company, bringing “green” initiatives to the outdoor media market. Additionally as a real estate broker, he has owned and operated a real estate brokerage franchise, and as an Electrical Engineer, he has worked in numerous design and management roles in technology firms. His extensive experience in the engineering, real estate, and environmental industries will play a vital role in the growth and development of “paperless” products for new markets.
Prabakar received his BS Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and his MBA from San Diego State University.
Lee Henderson, VP - Business Development
Lee has more than two decades of executive management experience with some of the largest real estate companies in North America. In his current role as VP, Business Development, Lee will head the business development strategies as well as engage in sales and marketing activities for GoPaperless Solutions. Prior to joining the executive team, he was the Senior Vice-President & Co-Founder at Home Store America an online real estate lead generation company. He was responsible for negotiating and maintaining relationships with regional real estate and technology companies through out the United States. Additionally, he has held leadership positions with Pacific Union Real Estate, Contempo Realty and Cornish & Carey Real Estate.
