GoPaperless Solutions today announced the v3.0 release for their product eSignOnline, the new and easy way to get electronic signatures on the web.

The latest release delivers the following features for all plans and users of eSignOnline.
•Address book: All existing signers from past signing sessions are automatically added to the new address book inside eSignOnline. Contacts from other mail programs and databases can also be imported into your eSignOnline address book via a CSV import utility.
•Copy & Duplicate Sessions: Save even more time now with the copy feature that allows user to select the document version, existing signing locations, and signer information to quickly start a new session and send out for signatures.
•Certificate of Authenticity: The option to download and save a Certificate of Authenticity for a signing session as a PDF file to the transaction folder is just a one click step.
•Non-Sequential signing: Sequential signing (parties invited one by one) and Non-Sequential signing (all parties invited immediately) is now an option and choice during signing session setup.
•Enhanced Session History Page: Added functionality to sort, group, and filter sessions for faster retrieval and processing.
•Search Tool: A global search tool to look up sessions by first name, last name, email address, transaction name and session title.
•New Template Zones: More specific signer zones such as Buyer, Seller, Agent, Client, Buyer’s Agent, Seller’s Agent, Buyer’s Broker, Seller’s Broker, Landlord, Tenant, and Other Signers are now available to format templates. This makes signer configuration during template setup in a signing session much easier and more accurate to designate signers.
•Transaction Name: The ability to start categorizing signing sessions under a specific transaction name. As a user creates new sessions and start entering the transaction name, a pull down menu will display existing transaction names in their session history for faster selection and entry. This provides more organization to the sessions and is easier to sort, identify and filter sessions by transaction name.
•Document Download Options: The signing session completion email will now contain links to download all individual documents in a session as one PDF or separated PDFs. This will eliminate any issues with email servers that limit the size of file attachments.
